Rangers on the Run provides environmental education programs which are designed to teach audiences of all ages about native animals and the wonders of nature.

Our shows and displays are totally interactive and allow every participant to touch or hold a wide range of animals and related artefacts. Information is delivered in an entertaining manner and can be tailored to meet the needs of the audience.

We visit Child Care Centres, Preschools, Schools, OOSH and Vacation Care, Community Events and Aged Care Facilities. Children’s birthday parties and private events are also attended.

We have 20M public Liability Insurance and Rangers are background checked for working with children.

Pre K
The show provides a wonderful introduction to the marine world. Children will have the opportunity to see and touch many different sea animals.
Duration : 1 hour
Cost : $320 per show + GST

Introducing Nature:
A see and touch session for 3 years and under. It is a great way to allow the young children to get involved in a topic without having to sit through a 1 hour show and disrupting the big kids. This show can only be run when you have booked a 1 hour session of the same theme.
Duration: 20 minutes
Cost: $100 + GST

The show is designed to meet the learning outcomes for HSIE and Science & Technology in the NSW Curriculum. Teacher notes are provided with each show. We can tailor a show to meet your requirements.

Vacation Care & OOSH
The show emphasis is on FUN – lots of interesting and funny facts. Every child gets to hold a variety of marine animals.

Community Events
The Under the Sea Interactive Display is a larger version of the under the sea show with more animals, artefacts and information to allow a larger number of people to move through this experience. Each display has a Ranger to present information to the audience and answer questions.
Duration: 3 hours
Cost: $450 per show + GST
Add $100 per extra hour needed

Aged Care Shows
The show provides a wonderful opportunity for residents to engage with nature. We set up in a display format to allow for the passage of people with mobility assistance devices. Each show is presented by a Ranger using a microphone. All objects and animals used in the show are as large as possible. Residents get a chance to hold and touch a wide range of animals and marine artefacts.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $320 per show + GST
Numbers: 50 maximum

Birthday Party
An interactive show with time to personally look and touch at leisure the animals and objects on display. Children make a craft item to take home.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $320 + GST
Numbers: 30 children maximum

Pre K
The show provides a wonderful introduction to the world of bugs. Children will have the opportunity to hold and touch many different bugs. Costumes are used to reinforce key points and we have fun transforming into an ant colony.
Duration: 1 hour
